Information on the first public symposium of “Shibata Superatomic Resolution Electron Microscopy Project”

Information on the first public symposium of the Superatomic Resolution Electron Microscopy ProjectGreetings

Dear Sirs, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my best wishes to you.
Now, in the JST ERATO "Superatomic Resolution Electron Microscopy Project" that started last year,
The first public symposium will be held as follows.
With the aim of widely understanding the recent results and future prospects of our project, this will be a study group in which related research will be presented by the University of Tokyo, and development will be presented by JEOL.
We plan to cover the OBF STEM method, which is an ultra-sensitive imaging method, and the tDPC method, which enables observation of electromagnetic fields inside semiconductor devices and magnetic materials.
For those who wish, we will also offer a tour of the equipment after the symposium.
We understand that this is a busy time at the end of the fiscal year, but we look forward to your visit.
Best regards

2 February auspicious day
