日頃は東京大学の共用設備マテリアル先端リサーチインフラ（ARIM）をご利用いただき
ありがとうございます。
本年度の利用報告書、アンケートにつきましてお知らせいたします。
本年度より利用報告書の提出、アンケートにつきましてはWEB入力となりましたが、
現在ARIM本部で入力フォーム作成が遅れておりご案内できるのが2月中旬くらいとなりそうです。
事前に入力内容をお知らせするためにWEB入力と同じ内容のWordを掲載いたします。
WEB入力のための準備のための下書き、内部承認が必要な場合にご利用ください。

WEB版での提出期限は
　3月上旬
を予定しております。

WEB入力が可能になりましたらご利用者皆様にご連絡いたしますので入力をお願いいたします。

We will inform you about User’s report and Questionnaire of this
fiscal year end, March 2022.

As we have already mentioned, we are preparing a web input service page for user’s report and Questionnaire.
We will release the web page in the middle of this February because of the delay of preparation at ARIM headquarters.

For your advance preparation, we will place herewith a Word-styled format same as the webpage to be released.

Please use it for your drafting and having your draft acknowledged by your responsible official in advance.

We ask you to file the reports via webpage by the first ten days of this March.
As we will announce you on releasing, please wait for a while.
